Improving work efficiency is a passion I discovered when establishing the email modules for the La Quinta Returns rewards program. Working with the in-house developer, I started understanding how properly designed templates drastically boosted the email production efficiency. Upon starting at Balfour it immediately became apparent the lack of templates was causing major pain points. I took on rebuilding and versioning all the college marketing materials so we could start delivering consistent creative. From that point on I managed the continuous stream of updates to our college marketing program, and created much needed creative briefs for various departments. Below is one of the latest iterations of this template system.
